Collection Executive

We are seeking a motivated and professional Collection Executive to join our team for Bhavani Business Solutions in Mumbai at our Kalyan (West) location. This role involves handling calls, providing exceptional customer support, and addressing queries and concerns related to BPO. The role offers ₹10000 - ₹21000 and a dynamic environment with opportunities for growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer calls in a professional and efficient manner.

• Address customer queries, concerns, and complaints with a problem-solving approach.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.

• Calls to customer and collect debt payments online.

• Maintain professionalism and courtesy during all interactions

Job Requirements:

The ideal candidate should have 0 - 2 years of experience in Telecalling collections and should be proficient in Hindi, Marathi. You will be responsible to collect loans payment online, offering relevant information, and Computer basic knowledgeis necessary. This position requires 10th Pass, and the candidate should be willing to work 6 days working during the Day shift.
