Collection Executive

We are looking for a Collection Executive to join our team . managing customer calls,To ensure timely recovery of overdue payments from customers through professional communication, regular follow-ups, and effective payment commitment management while adhering to company policies and applicable regulatory guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contact customers regarding overdue payments and outstanding dues.

• Follow up with customers to secure payment commitments and improve collection performance.

• Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly collection targets.

• Record and track Promise to Pay (PTP) commitments accurately.

• Follow up on committed payments and monitor payment realization.

• Maintain accurate customer interaction records in the CRM or designated system.

• Address customer queries professionally and guide them regarding available payment options and processes.

• Escalate unresolved customer concerns, disputes, and operational issues to the Team Leader.

• Maintain customer confidentiality and handle customer information responsibly.

• Comply with company policies, prescribed collection procedures, and applicable RBI guidelines.

• Participate in performance reviews, training sessions, and coaching activities as required.

• Maintain professional conduct and achieve assigned productivity and collection performance expectations.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 6 months - 2 years of experience. Candidates must be open to a 6 days Rotational working week during the Day shift.

• It is a Full Time Customer Support / TeleCaller job for candidates with 1 - 2 years of experience.
