Job Description:

Acuerdo India Pvt. Ltd. is hiring Collections Executives for Business Loan Recovery (Write-Off Cases).
We are looking for energetic and target-oriented individuals who can negotiate settlements and ensure maximum debt recovery through outbound calls.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to customers with overdue business loans (write-off cases).

• Negotiate and convince customers for one-time settlements or payment arrangements.

• Maintain accurate call records and update payment details in the system.

• Ensure daily, weekly, and monthly recovery targets are met.

• Handle customer queries and maintain professional communication at all times.

• Work as part of a high-performing collections team in a positive environment.

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in collections or telecalling (preferred in NBFC/Banking sector).

• Good communication and negotiation skills.

• Basic knowledge of computers and Excel.

• Self-motivated, disciplined, and target-driven.

Salary & Benefits:

• Salary Range: ₹12,500 – ₹18,000 per month

• Incentives: Unlimited (1% to 5%) based on recovery amount

• Working Days: 6 Days a Week

• Last Sunday Working

• 1 Paid Holiday per month
