Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and long-term partnerships.

Address client inquiries, concerns, and escalations promptly and professionally.
Monitor service quality and implement improvements to enhance customer experience.
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Client Service Manager or in a similar leadership role.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple clients and prioritize tasks effectively.
Proficiency in CRM software and customer service tools.
Exceptional interpersonal skills with a client-centric mindset.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and act on data insights.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in technology, healthcare, etc.
Knowledge of customer retention strategies and business development.
Certification in customer service management is a plus.
