We are looking for motivated individuals to join our team as Client Relationship Associates (CRA). This is an excellent opportunity for both freshers and experienced professionals looking for a stable day shift career with competitive salary and incentives.

💼 Position & Schedule

Role: Client Relationship Associate (CRA)
Shift Timings: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM (Fixed Day Shift)
Gender Focus: Female & Male candidates are welcome (Female-friendly workplace)

🎓 Eligibility Criteria

Education: 12th Pass / Graduate
Experience: Freshers and Experienced candidates are both welcome to apply.
Language Skills: Hindi communication is mandatory. Basic English proficiency is preferred.
Soft Skills: Good communication skills, a positive attitude, and a professional demeanor.

💰 Salary & Benefits

Fixed Salary: ₹15,100 CTC per month

Client Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients.

Data & Documentation: Organizing and updating daily work logs and data.
Social Impact: Supporting various social welfare and impact initiatives driven by the NGO.
