Position: Manager – Client Servicing ,Operations & Admin
Office Location – Chandivali ( Near Powai) , Andheri East , Mumbai
Working Hours: 10 AM – 8 PM – 6 days a week
• On-site: 10 AM – 5:30 PM
• Work from home: 6:30 PM – 8 PM
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist the Senior Manager – Operations & Admin - in all operational and administrative duties.
• Manage and nurture client relationships, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
• Send timely video updates to clients multiple times daily on whatsapp (crucial task).
• Handing operations related queries from clients on WhatsApp
• Handle walk-in client visits, showcasing our facilities professionally and warmly.
• Coordinate efficiently with various operations teams for seamless facility management.
• Perform general administrative duties, including occasional vendor coordination outside the office.
• Maintain thorough and organized internal documentation related to daily operations.
Candidate Requirements:
• A genuine love and compassion for dogs (essential).
• Good command over verbal and written English.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage tasks proactively and independently.
• Prior administrative or client management experience will be advantageous but not mandatory.
