We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Client Relationship Officer to join our team. The role involves managing relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction, and driving retention. You will be the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their concerns and providing exceptional service to foster trust and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.

• Act as a point of contact for client inquiries, providing prompt and effective solutions.

• Understand client needs and recommend suitable products or services.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of client requirements.

• Address and resolve client complaints in a professional and effective manner.

• Monitor and report on client feedback and propose improvements.

• Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell services to clients.

• Maintain accurate client records and update CRM systems regularly.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

• Proven experience in client relationship management or customer service.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Ability to manage multiple client accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.

• Proficiency in using CRM tools and other relevant software.

• Problem-solving attitude and the ability to work under pressure.

• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
