Job Description:

We are looking for enthusiastic and goal-oriented Recovery Executives to join our collections team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for making outbound calls to customers to recover outstanding loan amounts. They must be fluent in Hindi and English, and hold a valid DRA (Debt Recovery Agent) certificate as per RBI guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to customers regarding pending loan payments

• Persuade and negotiate with customers to make timely payments

• Maintain records of calls and payment status in the system

• Follow up regularly and ensure recovery targets are met

• Maintain professionalism and compliance with collection policies

Requirements:

• Fluency in Hindi and English (both spoken and written)

• Must possess a valid DRA certificate

• Prior experience in loan recovery or collection process is preferred

• Good communication and negotiation skills

• Ability to handle difficult conversations with empathy and firmness
