Job Title: Client Servicing Executive – Background Verification

Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Client Servicing Executive to join our background verification team. The ideal candidate will act as the primary liaison between clients and internal departments, ensuring seamless coordination, timely report delivery, and exceptional client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Coordination: Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing regular updates on verification processes.

• Vendor Management: Collaborate with vendors to gather necessary documentation and ensure timely completion of background checks.

• Report Preparation: Compile and review verification reports for accuracy and completeness before submission to clients.

• Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve any discrepancies or issues arising during the verification process, maintaining clear communication with all stakeholders.

• Documentation: Maintain organized records of client interactions, verification statuses, and report submissions.

• Process Improvement: Provide feedback and suggestions to enhance client servicing protocols and operational efficiency.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of background verification processes and compliance standards.

• Experience in coordinating with multiple stakeholders, including clients and third-party vendors.

• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
