About the Role

A reputed NGO is looking for enthusiastic and professional Female Client Relationship Associates (CRA) to join its team in Noida. The ideal candidate should possess good communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to manage client interactions, follow-ups, coordination, and documentation efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage client interactions and maintain professional relationships.

• Make calls and conduct regular follow-ups with clients and relevant stakeholders.

• Coordinate with candidates and internal team members to ensure smooth communication.

• Maintain accurate records, update databases, and handle documentation.

• Provide timely information and assistance to clients.

• Support the organization's social impact initiatives and related activities.

• Ensure professional communication and a positive client experience.

Eligibility Criteria

• Educational Qualification: 12th Pass or Graduate.

• Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

• Good Hindi communication skills are mandatory.

• Basic English communication skills are preferred.

• Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

• Basic computer knowledge and data-handling skills.

• Positive attitude, professional behaviour, and willingness to learn.

• Immediate joiners will be preferred.

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: ₹15,100 CTC per month.
