💼 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Career and Academic Counselling

• Communicate with prospective students and understand their educational goals.

• Provide information about courses, training programmes, career options, and admission procedures.

• Help students identify suitable courses according to their interests and career objectives.

2. Lead Generation and Follow-ups

• Generate leads through calls, enquiries, referrals, and other approved channels.

• Contact prospective students and maintain regular follow-ups.

• Respond to course-related enquiries and provide accurate information.

3. Inside Sales and Lead Conversion

• Explain course features, benefits, and available learning opportunities.

• Build relationships with prospective students and parents.

• Convert qualified enquiries into admissions through effective communication and counselling.

• Work towards assigned sales, counselling, and admission targets.

4. Course Promotion and Marketing

• Promote educational programmes and institutional offerings.

• Support marketing campaigns, student outreach, and promotional activities.

• Help increase awareness of the institute's courses and services.

5. Institutional and Corporate Coordination

• Coordinate with internal teams and relevant educational institutions.

• Assist with networking activities, partnership development, and institutional outreach.

• Support brand promotion and relationship-building initiatives.

6. Reporting and Student Relationship Management

• Maintain accurate lead details, enquiry records, and follow-up reports.

• Update student information and lead status in the relevant system or spreadsheet.

• Provide timely updates to management regarding counselling activities and lead conversion.

• Graduation in any discipline.

💰 SALARY & INCENTIVES

The compensation package includes:

• Fixed Salary: ₹1.20 LPA (₹1,20,000 per annum).

• Monthly Fixed Salary Equivalent: ₹10,000.
