Call Monitoring & Auditing: Evaluate live or recorded interactions for accuracy, empathy, script adherence, and tone.Performance Scoring: Grade agent performance against established scorecards, rubrics, or KPIs.Coaching & Feedback: Provide detailed, actionable feedback to agents to improve performance.Reporting & Analysis: Analyze call data to identify trends, gaps in knowledge, and process improvements.Calibration: Participate in calibration sessions with management to ensure consistent evaluation standards.Training Support: Assist in developing training materials based on common errors or improvement opportunities.
