We are looking for a Call Centre Executive to join our team at Shapphire energy to handle customer calls, provide customer support and resolve queries related to B2C and B2B Sales. The role offers an attractive in-hand salary of ₹14000 - ₹16000 and opportunities for growth.

Address customer queries, resolve concerns and manage complaints. follow up when required.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 0 - 1 month of experience. You will be responsible for addressing customer queries, solving complaints and escalating complex issues when necessary. The candidate should be comfortable with 6 days working during the Day shift.
Morning shift from 9:30am to 6:30pm
