Should be responsible for efficiently and professionally handling all kinds of inbound and outbound calls to address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide exceptional service.
You will serve as the primary point of contact between our company and our global customer base, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded. Interact with customers and engage with via phone calls, emails, and live chat, demonstrating active listening and empathy to understand their needs and concerns & resolve issues by addressing customer inquiries, troubleshoot problems, and provide solutions to ensure a positive customer experience.
Resolve issues or escalate them to appropriate teams when necessary.
Maintain a strong understanding of the company's products and services, including pricing, features, and technical specifications, to effectively assist customers, effectively communicate with customers from various countries, demonstrating clear and concise communication while adapting to language and cultural differences and accurately document customer interactions, inquiries, and resolutions in the company's CRM system to maintain a comprehensive record of customer interactions. Ensure compliance with international call center protocols, data protection regulations, and company policies while handling customer information and inquiries.
Collaborate with other departments, including Sales, Technical Support, and Billing, to resolve complex customer issues and provide necessary support.
Gather feedback from customers and report recurring issues or trends to the appropriate teams to help improve products and services.
Meet or exceed call center performance metrics, including call handling time, customer satisfaction scores, and resolution rates.
Continuously enhance product knowledge, communication skills, and cultural sensitivity through training and development programs provided by the company.
Work Location: R T Nagar, Bangalore
Timing:10 AM to 6:30 PM or 11:30 to 8 PM
Working days: Mon to Sat
