Customer Service Associate — Globiva Services Pvt Ltd

Location: Somajiguda, Hyderabad (Fortune 9 Towers, Opp. Yashoda Hospital)

Employment: Full-time | Shift: 24/7 rotational | Week off: 1 rotational

About the role

Join Globiva to support leading banking clients (Kotak, RBL, Border Plus) as the first point of contact for inbound customer queries. Provide accurate, timely information and deliver excellent service in English and regional languages.

Key responsibilities

Handle inbound customer calls and resolve banking-related queries.

Provide clear, courteous communication and build positive customer relationships.

Log and maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

Escalate complex issues to the right teams.

Meet performance metrics (AHT, resolution, quality) and follow process & regulatory guidelines.

Requirements

Graduate (any discipline). Freshers or 0–1 year experience in customer service/BPO.

Excellent communication in English and Hindi; Telugu preferred.

Basic computer skills and good typing speed.

Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.

Age: 22–30 years.

Salary & benefits
