Shift: Rotational Shifts (including night shift) Key Responsibilities Handle inbound and outbound customer calls and resolve queries professionally Maintain accurate customer records and documentation Provide product/service information and resolve issues within SLA timelines Escalate complex issues to the senior support team as needed Work efficiently in rotational shifts and meet performance targets Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through quality service Required Skills & Competencies Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English) Good listening and problem-solving abilities Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools)
