Key Responsibilities:
We are seeking Customer Engagement Executives / Call Center Agents to support a multilingual outbound calling project for a leading salon brand. The role involves engaging with customers, collecting structured feedback, and ensuring high-quality customer interactions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to customers based on defined call scripts and processes
• Collect and record customer feedback accurately in the CRM / reporting tool
• Communicate professionally and courteously with customers
• Adhere to brand communication standards and quality benchmarks
• Meet daily productivity and quality targets
• Flag and escalate issues or feedback as necessary
Languages Required
Candidate should be fluent in one or more of the following:
• Kannada
• Tamil
• Telugu
• Hindi
• English

Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 0 - 2 years of experience. You will be responsible for addressing customer queries, solving complaints and escalating complex issues when necessary. The candidate should be comfortable with 6 days working during the Day shift.
