Job Description

We are looking for a Call Centre Agent to join our team at Apogee Connect Private Limited to handle customer calls, provide exceptional customer support and resolve queries related to BPO. The role offers an attractive in-hand salary of ₹15000 - ₹24000 and opportunities for growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • We are seeking Customer Engagement Executives / Call Center Agents to support a multilingual outbound calling project for a leading salon brand. The role involves engaging with customers, collecting structured feedback, and ensuring high-quality customer interactions.

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Make outbound calls to customers based on defined call scripts and processes
    • Collect and record customer feedback accurately in the CRM / reporting tool
    • Communicate professionally and courteously with customers
    • Adhere to brand communication standards and quality benchmarks
    • Meet daily productivity and quality targets
    • Flag and escalate issues or feedback as necessary

    Languages Required

    Candidate should be fluent in one or more of the following:

    • Kannada
    • Tamil
    • Telugu
    • Hindi
    • English

    (Multilingual candidates will be given preference)

    Skills & Qualifications

    • Excellent verbal communication skills
    • Customer-centric attitude
    • Basic computer literacy (MS Office, CRM tools)
    • Ability to work in a target-driven environment
    • Prior call center experience is a plus (freshers can apply)

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 0 - 2 years of experience. You will be responsible for addressing customer queries, solving complaints and escalating complex issues when necessary. The candidate should be comfortable with 6 days working during the Day shift.
