Apogee Connect is looking for Customer Engagement Executives to support a multilingual outbound calling project for a leading salon brand. The role involves interacting with customers, collecting feedback, and ensuring a high-quality customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to customers as per the defined process
Collect structured customer feedback and service experience details
Communicate clearly and professionally in assigned languages
Accurately capture call responses in CRM / reporting tools
Follow brand communication guidelines and call scripts
Meet daily productivity and quality benchmarks
Escalate customer concerns or issues as required
Language Requirements (Mandatory – Any One or More)
Kannada
Tamil
Telugu
Hindi
English

Desired Skills & Competencies
Good verbal communication skills
Customer-friendly and empathetic approach
Ability to handle objections and customer queries
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel / CRM familiarity preferred)
Willingness to work in a target-driven environment
Eligibility Criteria
Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate
Freshers are welcome; prior call center experience is an advantage
Comfortable with outbound calling
Working Hours
6 days working
Shift timings: 9 am to 6 pm
