We are looking for a dedicated Sales Executive (Telecaller ) with expertise in the BPO sector to join our team at Walkin Global Services in Thane . In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing both inbound and outbound calls, and following up with current customers to maintain strong relationships .Urgent hiring for freshers & Experienced .

Job Overview:- USA Voice process

Process - Medicare, DME, ACA, Diabetes etc ( USA Voice process )

Responsibilities & Duties :-

• Manage inbound and outbound calls

• Follow communication “scripts” when handling customer’s calls

• Build sustainable relationships and engage customers

Timing:- 09:00 PM - 06:00 AM
