Responsibilities include managing client CRMs with live orders, ensuring all allocated orders are handled efficiently by following protocols, resolving issues in one call, and providing detailed notes for seamless follow-up by the next team. Candidates should be class 12 pass from any stream, possess excellent English communication skills with proper grammar, and have prior experience in customer service, preferably in the USA market. The role requires professionalism, attention to detail, and a soft-spoken demeanor as it involves handling sensitive accounts. The position mandates working night shifts and does not require additional certifications.
