Job Description – Customer Service Executive
Location: Vashi Station, Navi Mumbai

Working Days: 6 days a week (Rotational week off)
💼 Position Summary:
A Fast growing Company is hiring energetic and responsible Customer Service Executives to manage high-volume call operations. The role requires handling up to 170 customer calls daily and maintaining effective communication for at least 6 hours of talk time per day.
💰 Salary:
Fresher: ₹14,000 (in-hand)
Experienced (1+ year): ₹22,000 (in-hand)
👥 Eligibility Criteria:
Minimum 12th Pass or Graduate in any stream
Male and Female candidates welcome
Good communication skills (Hindi/Marathi preferred; English a plus)
Prior customer service or call center experience (preferred for higher package)
📞 Job Responsibilities:
Answer and resolve 170+ customer calls per day
Maintain 6 hours of total daily call time
Handle inquiries, complaints, and service requests with professionalism
Update call logs and maintain customer records
Ensure customer satisfaction and adhere to quality metrics
