Job Overview:

KD Kingdong Media is expanding into the US market and is looking for a skilled professional to manage relationships with US-based media owners, publishers, and marketing vendors. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating, negotiating, and onboarding media partners while working remotely during US business hours.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with US media owners, publishers, websites, and marketing vendors

• Communicate via emails, calls, and virtual meetings with US-based partners

• Identify and onboard new media vendors and advertising partners

• Discuss media inventory, pricing, and campaign requirements

• Negotiate deals and close partnerships aligned with company goals

• Manage ongoing relationships with media owners and vendors

• Conduct research on US media platforms and market trends

• Share regular updates and reports with the internal team and management

• Ensure smooth execution of marketing and advertising campaigns

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)

• Prior experience in media buying, advertising, digital marketing, sales, or vendor coordination preferred

• Exposure to the US market is a strong advantage

• Comfortable working in night shifts and a WFH environment

• Strong negotiation, coordination, and follow-up skills

• Basic understanding of digital advertising, online media, publishers, or influencer marketing

Experience Required:

• 1–4 years of relevant experience preferred

• Freshers with strong communication skills and interest in the US market may also apply
