Call Center Executive / Telecaller (Inbound & Outbound Process)

HINDUSTAN ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE PVT LTD is looking for dedicated and enthusiastic Telecaller / Call Center Executives to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound customer calls, providing excellent customer support, resolving customer queries, and coordinating with customers and service providers. We are looking for candidates who are fluent in both Hindi and English and possess strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.
• Provide prompt and effective customer support.
• Resolve customer queries and complaints efficiently.
• Coordinate with customers and service providers.
• Maintain accurate records and update customer information in the system.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.

Requirements:

• 12th Pass / Graduate / Any Qualification.
• Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
• Candidates must be fluent in both Hindi and English.
• Basic computer knowledge is required.
• Strong customer handling and problem-solving skills.
