  • Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.

  • Provide accurate information to customers regarding products/services.

  • Resolve customer queries, complaints, and requests within TAT.

  • Maintain call logs, update CRM systems, and record customer interactions.

  • Follow communication guidelines, scripts, and SOPs.

  • Upsell or cross-sell services/products when required.

  • Meet daily/weekly/monthly call targets and performance metrics.

  • Maintain a positive and professional attitude during all interactions.

  • Escalate complex issues to the senior team or supervisor.
