Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls / attend inbound calls as per process
Explain products or services clearly to customers
Generate leads, appointments, or sales (as applicable)
Answer customer queries politely and accurately
Maintain call records and customer information
Follow company scripts and calling guidelines
Meet daily/weekly calling and performance targets
Escalate complex issues to the concerned team
Required Skills
Good communication skills (Hindi/English/Regional language as required)
Basic computer knowledge (CRM, MS Excel – optional)
Confidence and positive attitude
Ability to handle rejection politely
Good listening skills
