Role Objective
The Program Manager will lead the strategic planning and execution of SBM initiatives. This role requires a professional who can bridge the gap between government policy and ground-level impact, ensuring the project meets all national benchmarks for ODF Plus status.
Executive Responsibilities
Strategic Roadmap: Design and oversee the implementation of long-term IEC (Information, Education, and Communication) and BCC (Behavioral Change) strategies.
Government Liaison: Act as the primary representative in high-level consultations with District Collectors, Municipal Commissioners, and State Mission Directors.
Operational Excellence: Oversee the end-to-end setup of Solid and Liquid Waste Management (SLWM) systems, ensuring technical and environmental compliance.
Financial & Quality Audit: Manage project budgets, ensure the accuracy of Utilization Certificates (UCs), and prepare the project for rigorous third-party government audits.
Data Intelligence: Utilize MIS portals and data analytics to monitor progress, identify bottlenecks, and provide real-time solutions to state authorities.
Candidate Qualifications
Education: Post-Graduate degree (MBA, MSW, or Masters in Public Policy / Environmental Science) from a premier institution.
Experience: 3+ years of leadership experience in large-scale government-funded missions or international developmental programs.
Policy Expertise: Deep understanding of the SBM 2.0 guidelines, including plastic waste management and greywater treatment protocols.
Communication: Elite level of proficiency in drafting policy briefs, Detailed Project Reports (DPRs), and executive presentations.

Stakeholder Management: Proven ability to negotiate and collaborate with diverse groups, from rural community leaders to urban administrative officers.
Analytical Rigor: Strong capability in monitoring impact assessment and translating field data into actionable policy insights.
