We are seeking an office coordinator to join our team in the Skysketch India group. This role involves handling calls, providing exceptional customer support, and addressing queries and concerns related to the Tourism industry.
The role offers remuneration of Rs. 9000 - 10000 during the provisional period of 6 months.
Job Requirements: We don't recruit any students
The minimum qualification for this role is a Graduate or Diploma in Travel Tourism and Hospitality management, and 6 months of experience. The age limit is between 25 to 40 years. You will be responsible for resolving customer complaints, offering relevant information, and escalating complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary. Candidates must be open to working till late evening (office hours 1030 AM to 1930 PM Monday to Saturday)
Only Candidates with a degree or diploma in Hospitality management, knowledge of Travel destinations in India, or strong Geography skills can apply and understand basic English.

Provide timely and relevant information to customers to resolve their issues
Work collaboratively with other teams to escalate and resolve complex issues
