Role Overview - We are looking for a motivated, competitive, and trustworthy Business Development Executive to help us expand our business activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for discovering and pursuing new sales prospects, negotiating deals, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Outreach: Make cold calls and emails to potential customers to understand their needs and demonstrate our services.

• Sales Process: Manage the sales cycle from initial contact to closing the sale and meeting targets.

• Relationship Management: Communicate effectively with customers to ensure a smooth sales process and follow up on leads.

• Record Keeping: Create and maintain an accurate database of current and potential clients.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role is a plus.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to negotiate and understanding of marketing skills.

• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.

• It is a Full Time Customer Support / TeleCaller job for candidates with 0 - 3 years of experience.
