About the Role

Legal Capital Law Firm is looking for a motivated and result-oriented Business Development Manager to drive client acquisition, develop strategic relationships, and expand the firm's business opportunities. The ideal candidate should have strong communication, negotiation, networking, and client relationship management skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities for the law firm.

• Generate leads through networking, referrals, online platforms, corporate connections, and other channels.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.

• Understand client requirements and coordinate with the legal team to provide appropriate solutions.

• Conduct client meetings, presentations, follow-ups, and business discussions.

• Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve revenue targets.

• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and regularly update lead and client information.

• Follow up with prospective clients and convert qualified leads into clients.

• Build partnerships and referral networks with businesses, professionals, and organizations.

• Monitor market trends, competitors, and opportunities in the legal services sector.

• Prepare regular reports on leads, conversions, revenue, and business development activities.

• Coordinate with the marketing, sales, and legal teams for smooth client onboarding.
