Key Responsibilities:
Hospital Onboarding:
Identify and approach potential hospitals for onboarding into the medical insurance network.
Present the benefits and process of partnering for cashless and reimbursement claim services.
Client Relationship Management:
Regularly visit partnered hospitals to ensure ongoing engagement and address any issues or concerns.
Serve as the lead point of contact for all Hospital account management matters.
Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, Hospital stakeholders, and Patients.
Sales and Business Development:
Achieve assigned sales targets by promoting products and services to hospitals.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns
Participate in marketing events, conferences, and seminars to network and promote the company's services.
Oversee a portfolio of assigned customers & develop new business from existing clients.
Actively seek new sales opportunities & identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas.
Persuade prospective clients to engage in a phone conversation and/or meeting to discuss and close the deal.
Contract Negotiation and Profit Maximization:
Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
Ensure the timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Collaborate with internal departments
Prepare sales reports and communicate progress to internal and external stakeholders.
Claims Support:
Assist hospitals in understanding and navigating the cashless and reimbursement claim process and ensure the timely and accurate submission of claims by hospital staff.
Resolve any claim-related issues in coordination with the insurance company's claims department.
Reporting and Analysis:
Maintain detailed records of all interactions with hospitals and provide regular reports to management.
Analyze data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improving the onboarding and claims process.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in healthcare, or Business Administration (BBA), or Bachelor of Commerce (B. Com), or MBA, or any qualification.
Strong knowledge of medical insurance processes, including cashless and reimbursement claims.
Excellent communication, Strong organizational and time-management and, presentation skills, and ability to build and maintain professional relationships
Willingness to travel frequently as required.
Experience:
Worked in a Hospital / Insurance company / TPA
Minimum of 4-8 years of experience in Health Insurance
Roles like hospital empanelment, hospital Marketing, CRM, Medical equipment Sales Representative, and pharmaceutical sales representative.
