Job Description – Placement Executive (Inside Sales)

As a Placement Executive, you will play a critical role in ensuring daily vehicle placements, negotiating rates, and building long-term transporter relationships. This is a client-facing and supplier-facing role where your ability to communicate effectively and deliver operational excellence will directly contribute to Raaho’s growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with fleet owners and transporters.

  • Manage daily vehicle placement and ensure on-time fulfillment of demand.

  • Negotiate competitive rates with transporters, customers, and suppliers.

  • Coordinate smooth truck allocation, loading, and delivery operations.

  • Follow up with transporters to secure repeat business and long-term partnerships.

  • Maintain accurate records of transactions and placements.

  • Ensure smooth communication between shippers, truckers, and internal teams.

  • Contribute to overall business growth by achieving daily and monthly targets.

Skills & Competencies Required

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Negotiation and persuasion ability.

  • Quick learner with adaptability to new tools and processes.

  • Comfort with Android smartphone applications.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.

  • Freshers and candidates with 0–3 years of experience in logistics, inside sales, customer handling, or operations are welcome.

  • Previous experience in logistics, BPO, or transport placement is an added advantage.
