Job Description

Job Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven professional with at least 6 months of experience in product-based roles. The ideal candidate should have prior exposure to financial products such as Credit Cards, Home Loans, or Insurance, along with a strong interest in Electric Vehicles (EVs).

Key Responsibilities:

Connect with prospective customers and introduce Electric Vehicle (EV) offerings
Explain EV features, battery technology, charging infrastructure, and overall benefits
Conduct test drives and showcase vehicle performance and advanced technology
Educate customers on cost savings, government subsidies, and environmental advantages
Generate and manage leads through calls, walk-ins, and referrals
Assist customers with documentation, financing options, and booking process
Maintain regular follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and engagement
Stay updated on new EV models, market trends, and charging infrastructure

Requirements:

Minimum 6 months of experience in a customer-facing/product role (Credit Cards, Loans, Insurance preferred)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Basic understanding of financial products and customer handling
Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset
