Business Development Executive

Key Responsibilities:

1. Business Development & Client Acquisition

• Identify and approach hospitals, clinics, and healthcare centers requiring security manpower and facility management services.

• Develop business leads through field visits, calls, and networking with hospital management.

• Prepare and present customized proposals and quotations based on client requirements.

• Participate in government and private hospital tenders related to security services.

2. Relationship Management

• Build long-term relationships with clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.

• Coordinate regularly with existing hospital clients to understand their operational needs and resolve issues promptly.

3. Market Research & Strategy

• Conduct research on market trends, competitors, and new opportunities in the healthcare security domain.

• Suggest innovative strategies for expanding the company’s footprint in the hospital sector.

4. Documentation & Coordination

• Prepare tender documents, EMD/DD submissions, and maintain follow-up on bid results.

• Coordinate with the HR and Operations teams for manpower deployment, client onboarding, and contract renewals.

5. Reporting

• Maintain daily visit reports, lead follow-up trackers, and submit weekly performance summaries to the management.
