Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation & Client Acquisition: Identify and connect with potential clients in corporate, residential, commercial, industrial, and hospitality sectors. Develop and implement effective sales strategies. Client Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure customer satisfaction. Understand client requirements and propose customized manpower solutions. Sales & Revenue Growth: Achieve and exceed sales targets through proactive market engagement. Prepare and deliver compelling business proposals and presentations. Market Research & Competitor Analysis: Stay updated with market trends and competitor activities. Provide insights to management for strategic planning. Coordination & Reporting: Work closely with the operations team to ensure seamless service delivery. Maintain sales reports and provide regular updates to management.

Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Proven ability to generate leads and close deals. Good knowledge of the Mumbai market. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
