Key Responsibilities • Identify and connect with potential clients (Startups, SMEs, Corporates) • Generate leads through LinkedIn, cold calls, emails, WhatsApp, and referrals • Understand client hiring requirements and business needs • Present recruitment and HR consulting services professionally • Schedule meetings and follow-ups with decision-makers • Coordinate with recruitment team for requirement closure • Maintain lead tracker and client interaction records • Support proposal sharing and basic negotiations • Build long-term client relationships.
Required Skills & Competencies • Good communication skills (English & Tamil preferred) • Confidence in client interaction and follow-ups • Basic understanding of recruitment or HR services (preferred) • Willingness to learn B2B sales & consulting approach • Self-motivated with target-oriented mindset • Familiarity with LinkedIn and MS Excel / Google Sheets
