We are looking for a smart, proactive, and creative Business Development Executive (Podcast Guest Outreach Executive) to help us find, connect with, and schedule high-quality guests for our growing podcast channel. The ideal candidate should have a passion for storytelling, strong communication skills, and prior experience in outreach, influencer coordination, or talent booking.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify Potential Guests:
Research and build a pipeline of suitable guests including industry experts, thought leaders, influencers, entrepreneurs, and creatives.
Outreach & Communication:
Craft personalized outreach emails and messages via LinkedIn, Instagram, email, and other channels to invite potential guests.
Scheduling & Coordination:
Manage guest scheduling, confirmations, and logistics to ensure smooth podcast recordings.
Relationship Management:
Build and maintain long-term relationships with past and potential guests.
Collaboration with the Podcast Team:
Work closely with the host, producer, and marketing team to align guest selection with podcast themes and content strategy.
Follow-Ups & Documentation:
Maintain detailed records of outreach, follow-ups, confirmations, and guest details using spreadsheets or CRM tools.
Requirements:
1–2 years of experience in outreach, influencer coordination, PR, or guest management
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Basic understanding of podcast formats, guest dynamics, and audience relevance.
