The Personal Loan Sales Team Leader is responsible for leading, managing, and motivating a team of sales executives to achieve personal loan sales targets. This role involves coaching team members, monitoring sales performance, ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines, and implementing strategic initiatives to increase loan disbursement volumes.
Lead, train, and supervise a team of Personal Loan Sales Executives to ensure achievement of individual and team targets.
Drive the acquisition of new customers through direct sales, referrals, and lead conversion.
Monitor and analyze team performance using KPIs such as loan applications, disbursements, and conversion ratios.
Implement and optimize sales strategies to meet or exceed business goals.
Support team members with field visits, client interactions, and closing high-value deals.
Collaborate with internal departments such as credit, operations, and customer service to ensure smooth loan processing.
Maintain compliance with regulatory and company policies during customer acquisition and loan disbursement.
Generate periodic performance reports and present findings to senior management.
Identify and recruit new talent for the team when necessary.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
Experience: Minimum 3 -4 years in personal loan sales, with at least 1-2 years in a team leadership role.
