Job Title: B2B Sales Executive (Pharmaceutical Manufacturing)

About the Role:

Sequel HR is urgently hiring a driven and results-oriented B2B Sales Executive for the Pharmaceutical Manufacturing sector. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a strong background in B2B sales, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to independently manage professional client relationships.

Requirements & Qualifications

Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales. (Preference will be given to candidates with experience in the export or trading industry).

Core Skills: Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Performance: A proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Work Style: Ability to work independently and handle client interactions professionally.

Bonus/Advantage: A basic understanding of export processes is highly preferred.

Compensation & Benefits

Fixed Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹40,000 per month (Based on experience and interview evaluation).

Incentives: Attractive performance-based incentives.

Work Schedule

Monday to Friday: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Saturday: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Week Off: Sunday
