Job Title- Business Development (Intern)

Location-Mira Road (Nearby station)

Qualifications- HSC or above

Working hours- 6 days, Sunday fix off

Salary- 10k to 12k (Depends upon their communication)

Strong verbal communication skills in Hindi and regional language (basic English preferred)

Responsibilities :

• 🧑‍🏫 Provide product and portal training to new and existing retailers (Recharge, AEPS, DMT, BBPS, PAN, etc.)

• 📞 Onboard and support retailers through calls, WhatsApp, or field visits (if needed)

• 🔁 Identify inactive retailers and re-engage them through follow-ups and training

• 💬 Resolve retailer queries related to transactions, product usage, or processes

• 📋 Maintain and share daily reports on trained, activated, and transacting retailers

• 🎯 Achieve weekly/monthly targets for activations and transaction volumes

• 🤝 Ensure consistent engagement with retailers to build long-term relationships
