Business Development Executive

We are looking for calm, professional, and growth-oriented Business Development Executives to join our outbound sales team focused on US SMB markets.

This is NOT a traditional “telecaller” role.

We are looking for individuals who can:

• communicate professionally,

• understand business challenges,

• build trust, follow structured workflows,

• maintain CRM discipline,

You will work with platforms such as:

• LinkedIn

• CRM System and other tools

• AI-assisted communication systems

RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead Research & Prospecting

• Research US-based SMBs using LinkedIn Sales Navigator

• Identify decision-makers and business owners

• Build prospect lists based on target industries

Outreach & Communication

• Conduct outbound outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn

• Introduce company services professionally

• Schedule discovery calls and follow-ups

• Build trust-based business conversations

CRM Management

• Maintain accurate CRM updates

• Track lead stages and follow-up schedules

• Document conversations and client notes properly

Discovery & Qualification

• Understand business pain points

• Ask consultative questions

• Identify opportunities aligned with client needs

• Coordinate internally with the strategy team

Team Collaboration

• Participate in daily operational reviews

• Follow SOPs and workflow systems

• Maintain communication discipline
