We are looking for a Business Development Manager to join our team at Radiant. This role involves handling calls, providing exceptional customer support, and addressing queries and concerns related to BPO. The role offers ₹50,000 - ₹99,000 and a dynamic environment with opportunities for growth.
Key Responsibilities
Bring new projects and business opportunities for the company.
Help in revenue generation and achievement of business growth targets.
Identify, approach, and acquire new clients through networking, cold calling, email campaigns, and market research.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Generate qualified leads and convert them into business opportunities.
Prepare and deliver business proposals, presentations, and project quotations.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and commercial terms with clients.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new business opportunities.
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking meetings.
Work closely with management to develop and implement growth strategies.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 2 - 6+ years of experience. You will be responsible for resolving customer complaints, offering relevant information, and escalating complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary. Candidates must be open to a 6 days working week during the Day shift.
