Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to support our business growth initiatives. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to build and maintain client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through various channels.

• Generate leads and maintain a strong sales pipeline.

• Conduct client outreach through calls, emails, and other communication platforms.

• Build and nurture long-term relationships with prospective and existing clients.

• Understand customer requirements and coordinate with internal teams to provide appropriate solutions.

• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and business development activities.

Eligibility Criteria

• Master's degree in any discipline.

• 0–1 year of experience in Business Development and Sales related field.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and email correspondence.

• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

• Freshers with a positive attitude and willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
