Hiring: Logistics Executive – Voice Process (US LOB)

Location: Noida Sector 135
Work Mode: Work From Office (WFO)

Handle customer queries through voice support for US/UK clients
Provide shipment, delivery, and logistics-related assistance
Resolve customer concerns professionally within defined timelines
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution
Ensure high customer satisfaction and service quality

Salary (In-Hand)

Freshers: ₹26,000 – ₹28,000
Experienced: ₹30,000 – ₹34,000
