Role : Business Development Associate

The successful applicant will be resourceful, organized and motivated to increase sales,

enhance the company's reputation, and look for new and creative ways to market our

services. A background in sales or marketing is strongly desirable.

Responsibility :

• Organize and execute assigned business projects on behalf of clients (recruiting, payroll,

promotional campaigns etc.) according to client’s requirements.

• Meet with assigned clients when needed and perform an initial assessment of a problematic

situation.

• Collect information about the client’s business through a variety of methods (shadowing,

interviews, surveys, reading reports etc.)

• Analyze and interpret data to unearth weaknesses and problems, and comprehend the causes

• Formulate recommendations and solutions with attention to a client’s wishes, capabilities and

limitations forming concise reports.

• Present findings and suggestions to clients with ample justification and practical advice.

• Develop detailed business plans to drive small or radical changes.

• Assist the client in implementing the plan and resolve any occasional discrepancies.

• Provide guidance for any occurring problems and issues.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business management, marketing, or related field.

• Females Only

• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills

• BSc/BA in business administration or relevant field; MSc/MA in a specialized business field will

be an advantage

• Familiarity with a wide selection of business management software (CRM, ERP etc.) and

databases

• Knowledge of diverse business matters such as IT, Marketing, HR etc.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant software.

Employment Details:

• There will be a training period of 3 month from the date of joining

• Monthly salary will be 18000 in hand(Salaries depend on several parameters like prior work

experience if any, qualification and how good candidates ‘communication skill is). However,

candidates will have to sign up a one year service agreement with us from the date of

joining.

• This is an Onsite job opportunity.

• The candidate should be willing to work in night shifts.
