Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Team Leader – Share Market to lead and mentor a team of trading executives and advisors. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of stock market operations, trading strategies, client handling, and team management. You will be responsible for driving sales performance, ensuring compliance, and providing strategic market insights.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of share market executives, traders, or advisors.

• Train and mentor team members on stock market trends, trading platforms, and investment strategies.

• Set targets and monitor performance to ensure achievement of business goals.

• Supervise execution of trades and ensure timely delivery of services to clients.

• Guide the team in client acquisition, retention, and portfolio management.

• Provide regular updates on market conditions, opportunities, and risks.

• Ensure compliance with SEBI, NSE/BSE, and internal risk management policies.

• Resolve escalated client issues and ensure customer satisfaction.

• Prepare and submit team performance and market activity reports.

• Collaborate with senior management for business planning and strategy execution.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Commerce, or a related field.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in share market trading, broking, or investment advisory.

• Proven leadership or supervisory experience in a financial or brokerage environment.

• Strong understanding of stock markets, technical/fundamental analysis, and trading platforms.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and team management skills.

• Proficiency in tools like MS Excel, Trading Terminals (Zerodha, Angel One, etc.), and CRM systems.

• NISM certifications (e.g., NISM-Series-VIII or Series-XA) are preferred.
