Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

1. Operations Management

  • Oversee daily operations of the branch including academic delivery, scheduling, and resource management.

  • Ensure compliance with institutional policies, processes, and quality standards.

  • Maintain infrastructure, IT, and facilities to provide a conducive learning environment.

  • Handle administrative tasks including budgeting, procurement, and reporting.

2. Business Development & Admissions

  • Drive student enrollment targets through local marketing, outreach, and lead conversion.

  • Develop and implement branch-level marketing strategies and promotional activities.

  • Build partnerships with schools, colleges, and local organizations to increase visibility and admissions.

  • Maintain accurate records of inquiries, enrollments, and follow-ups.

3. Academic Coordination

  • Coordinate with academic teams to ensure timely delivery of classes and programs.

  • Monitor faculty performance and ensure adherence to academic standards.

  • Collect and act on student and parent feedback to improve service quality.

4. Team Management

  • Recruit, train, and manage teaching and non-teaching staff at the branch.

  • Set performance goals, monitor KPIs, and conduct regular performance reviews.

  • Foster a positive and motivated work environment.

5. Financial & Performance Management

  • Prepare and manage the branch budget.

  • Monitor revenue, expenses, and profitability.

  • Ensure timely fee collection and proper record-keeping.

6. Customer Relationship Management

  • Ensure high levels of student and parent satisfaction.

  • Handle escalations and resolve complaints efficiently.

  • Maintain strong relationships with alumni and local stakeholders.
