Job Description

IFB Appliances is looking for a proactive and organized Branch Coordinator to support and manage service-related activities across our franchise network. The role involves close coordination with franchise partners to track service requests, monitor pending customer cases, resolve escalations, and ensure smooth workflow between the branch and service teams.Track daily leads, customer responses, and technician updates to maintain clear and updated records.

Assist customers with plan-related queries and escalate any issues to the branch manager when needed.

Support the branch in achieving service revenue goals and improving customer satisfaction.

Candidate should have Strong communication and persuasive sales skills;Good coordination skills;Customer-focused mindset with strong follow-up ability
