1. *CRM Implementation and Maintenance*: Implement and maintain CRM systems, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.

7. *User Adoption and Training*: Provide training and support to end-users to ensure adoption and effective use of CRM systems.
*Requirements:*
1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Marketing, or related field.
2. Proven experience in CRM implementation, management, and analysis.
3. Strong knowledge of CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM).
4. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
