Job Purpose:

To generate leads, assess customer eligibility, and assist customers in applying for credit cards and

loans. The role includes customer handling, document verification, and coordination with

banks/NBFCs for smooth processing.

Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers for credit cards and loans

- Follow up with customers through calls

- Identify and convert leads for credit cards and loans.

- Explain product features, benefits, and eligibility.

- Collect and verify KYC documents.

- Submit applications and coordinate with banks/NBFCs.

- Track application status and update customers.

- Ensure compliance with documentation guidelines.

- Achieve monthly sales targets and prepare reports.
