Job Description:
We are hiring enthusiastic and dedicated Telesales Executives to join our team. This is a non-target-based role that involves communicating with potential customers over the phone, explaining products/services, and generating interest.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential leads or customers.

• Share product/service details clearly and confidently.

• Maintain follow-ups and update call records.

• Ensure a positive and professional customer experience.

• No sales pressure – this is not a target-driven job.

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: HSC or Graduation.

• Average communication skills are also acceptable – fluency is not mandatory.

• Basic understanding of phone and computer use.

• Willingness to learn and grow.

• Freshers are welcome; training will be provided.
